Australia-wide. We ship from Australia, so there is no international wait and no customs.
Cost
Free standard shipping on every order. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery is by Australia Post:
- Metro VIC, NSW, SA, ACT — usually 2–4 business days
- QLD and TAS metro — usually 3–5 business days
- WA, NT and regional areas — usually 5–8 business days
These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or in the event of network delays.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email sales@azay.com.au and we'll chase it.
Wrong address
If you've entered the wrong delivery address, email us straight away. If the parcel hasn't been dispatched we can change it. Once it's with Australia Post we can't redirect it.
